 Fractures
of the upper end of the shoulder bone, humerus, especially if it is broken
into 3 or 4 pieces as per Neer’s classification are very challenging to
treat. This is a case of a 70 year old lady whose humerus was fractured
into 4 pieces. |
 The
surgical approach, the steps of reduction, placement of implants and the
necessity for the bone graft can all now be pre-planned using the model. |
